An independent Disciplinary Panel will convene on Monday 22 April to consider a charge against Mr Kirby for a breach of Rule (D)22 (Duties of Care and Skill) of the Rules of Racing following an investigation into members of Mr Kirby's stable staff riding horses in his care and control whilst not wearing safety vests (body protectors).

Notes to Editors:

1. The Panel for the hearing will be: Philippa Charles, Joanna Armstrong and Hannah Bradley.

2. The Judicial Panel currently operates with hearings being heard via zoom. Details can be viewed here.
